4. Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from TG Solulu ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products and information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including photos, colours and specifications. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item. Dimensions and capacities are approximate.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Prices include any VAT that applies. 
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • If we find a pricing error, we will tell you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Making a contract

When you place an order, we send an email to confirm we have received it. This is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and will refund any payment taken.

Discount codes and offers

Discount codes may be limited to certain products, one use per customer, or a limited number of uses. They cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. The conditions are shown when the offer is advertised. We can withdraw an offer at any time, but we will honour orders placed before it ends.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty goods are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using our products safely

Our products include electrical items with rechargeable batteries. Please read the instructions supplied and follow them. Use only the supplied charging method. Do not use a damaged product or charger. Stop using a product and contact us if it overheats, swells or gives off a smell. Water flossers and electric toothbrushes are not toys and should be kept away from young children. If you have a dental condition or concern, speak to your dentist.

Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or customs delays.
  • We do not accept responsibility for business losses. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Complaints

If you are unhappy, please email info@tgsolulu.com with your order number and details. We will reply as soon as we can and aim to resolve the problem fairly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in the courts of your home country.
