2. Shipping Policy

Processing and delivery times

Our products are dispatched from overseas warehouses. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery to the UK usually takes a further 4 to 7 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within about 7 to 14 working days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods or customs checks can cause delays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We will email you tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after dispatch.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

International orders

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days, or arrives damaged, please email us at online.shop.uk@proton.me with your order number and photos if relevant. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
